One Knit, Four Outfits

The camel cable knit from SuperTrash I bought the other day is one of my favorite autumn items this year. I was a bit doubting about the color, but eventually I'm so happy I bought this one as it can be worn in so many different ways! I'm planning on doing so too, so hat's why I decided to make some inspiration collages. So here it is, four different ways to wear this knit, just by changing the bottom and shoes and by playing with some accessories. Which of the four do you like most?

Someday...

I love decorating! I don't live on my own at the moment (I did when I was studying in The Hague and when I lived abroad though) and I'm not planning to move out very soon, but it's not a secret that every now and then I buy myself some decoration things for my future home. Someday, I'll be living in my dream house. I just have to wait a little longer before making it real. In the mean time, I loveee looking at beautiful home and decoration pictures in magazines, books and on Pinterest. I then dream about it and try to imagine what my perfect home will look like. At the moment I would choose for nude shades such as white, grey and black. These colors keep the house bright, fresh, chic, and, in my opinion, very appealing. Totally my style! WEDNESDAY CRAVINGS

Two things I'm craving for at the moment are a nice pair of  ripped boyfriend jeans and a white blazer. Little did I know that finding these two could be so hard. I've told you many times that I can be picky sometimes, and once again it hit me. When I was in Sweden two weeks ago, I bumped into a white blazer from Zara. I somehow doubted, even after I tried it on. I told myself I'd come back later that week and - if not - I would try it on again back in the Netherlands. When I was in Nijmegen last week, I saw the exact same blazer in the color black, but the white one was nowhere to be found. Stupid me, I should have bought that blazer in Stockholm! I'll try and hit the Zara in a different city later this week, hope they have it there. Otherwise I might hit the 'buy' button on their website. 

And then the case with the ripped boyfriend jeans. I just can't find the right one.. One I find too ripped, another one too loose or too sloppy.. ugh. Need to keep searching! Anyways, here're some outfits that inspire me at the moment. What do you think?

Sneaker Inspiration

It took me quite a time to convince myself to start wearing sneakers outside the gym. I'm much more of a person who wears either boots or flats. Ok, I have to admit that I do own a pair of white converse, but that's it. I somehow always found that a pair of sporty shoes didn't really suit me. The trend of wearing sneakers is daring me though. Some outfit inspiration pictures on Pinterest convinced me to start hunting for a nice pair of running shoes. But (yes, there's a but) as I mentioned lots of times before, I can be quite picky sometimes. So the question remains 'what kind of sneakers do I want to buy?' New Balance or Nike Run? And what about the color? Black, grey or a bright color? My my, it's not an easy decision for someone who likes lots of things, but isn't sure what she likes most. Anyways, it's pretty clear that the hunting part has begun! What do you think of the sneaker trend?

Faux Fur Vest

Colder days are ahead of us, so it's time to get the warmer clothes out of our closet. I've been searching for a faux fur vest for some time, but I actually never managed to buy one. I don't know why, but I somehow didn't. This year, though, I told myself that I really should buy one, because this garment easily cheers up an outfit and just because I love layering. 

Not buying a fur vest happened almost again. I saw one hanging in the shops, I tried it on and hang it back on the hanger. I can be so picky sometimes haha. If I'm in search for something, I mostly want to buy the exact same thing. But of course it's not always possible to find a similar one. The furry vest I tried on earlier, somehow kept popping up in my mind. If such a thing happens, it's a good sign right? Reason enough for me to go back to the shop, try it on once more and buy it. Now I'm so happy I did!

Black is always a good idea and as you probably now I wear it a lot. I like to cheer up an all-black outfit with a little extra. This outfit would go great for an evening out or when you go out for dinner.

Also for casual days , this furry friend is good to go. If you go shopping or plan to have lunch in town or in the city, grab a pair of jeans, pick a nice grey sweater and put on some nice boots. A scarf will make the look complete.

And then there are those days where you spend hours in the cold lecture rooms or at the university's library. Even though I'm not studying at the moment, I experienced those days myself. I complained about the breeze in the rooms and sometimes I even kept my jacket on. How weird is that haha. A faux fur vest will definitely keep you warm at school or at any other place.

My Four Favorite Bloggers

Hey sweeties, happy Friday! What is a better way than to wake up, have breakfast and read blog posts as your morning coffee readings? It's relaxing and it always puts a smile on my face. 

I thought to share a list of my favorite bloggers today. A couple of years ago, when the world of fashion bloggers wasn’t so popular as right now, I started following my first favorite blog called Mariannan by Marianna. Up until today, I'm a loyal reader who's excited for every single post she writes. She's not the only blogger I'm inspired by though. Ever since I discovered the world of blogging, I've been reading many blog posts and I can easily say that I've created a list of bloggers I instantly followed. From all the blogs I follow on Bloglovin', there are at least four bloggers who can absolutely be considered as my favorites. A fun fact is that these four fashion and lifestyle writers all happen to be from Finland. I don't know why, but I guess I just really like the Scandinavian style. Their passion for fashion, their writing style, their photos.. They just really inspire me. And on top of that, I really can find myself in their style too. Everyday I look forward to reading their new blog posts. These four girls are my sources of inspiration and they're the reason I started blogging myself in the first place. Thank you ladies!
